I spoke with a talent specialist then met the Director of Operations (role supervisor) in person. I then received a call from the talent specialist asking how things went, and I gave my feedback. Lastly, I received a call from the Director of Operations offering me the position.

Discuss how you would manage the travel; what do you do to pass the time while driving? We want the person who accepts this position to be happy with their role which includes travel.

Interview
Overall it was a great interview process with ability to meet with multiple high level leaders to better understand the position and expectations. Very quick moving but still felt thorough.
