Had applied through FirstNaukri. Online test comprised of 2 programming questions (C, C++ were the languages allowed) and around 15 MCQs on core CS subjects and aptitude, followed by 5 technical interviews. Interview experince was overall negative because of unsystematic and unorgansied process and communication. Positives : * Quality Test and interviews were good testing knowledge across DS, Algo, coding, OS, and bit of networking. Negatives : *Got to know in the end that the offer was contractual , not Full Time, and company is famous for hire and fire. *No proper communication. You might receive mail about the next interview one night before. *After 4 interviews, I was told that I have performed well and would be given offer. But, later took one more interview and gave me negative feedback and never conveyed the results despite me trying to reach out. Advice : have some maturity and clarity in the process, you are 13 years old organisation.
