I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PubNative in June 2019
Interview
Applied online through a recruiting platform. The process took less than 2 weeks. I had 3 online interviews.
1. Screening with HR. I talked about your past experience, my motivations for the future, company culture... it's more of a casual chat, no if you're nervous you will relax in just a few minutes.
2. Technical test. They sent me a test without time limit and asked me to estimate the time I thought I would spend beforehand.
3. Technical interview with 2 engineers. I got asked some technical questions about the specific role. We also commented on the solution of the technical test and ways to improve it if some constraints changed. The conversation is very fluid and I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point, even if I didn't know how to answer some of the questions.
4. Interview with the VP of Engineering. A more casual call than the one with the engineers but still technical. It's a good opportunity to ask about the future of tech in the company.
First is HR. Then a coding challenge, which is followed by a technical interview.

Question 1
How would you join a small and a very big table with a limited quantity of memory
There were 4(3 technical) rounds. I liked the team I had to work with and the role but since the beginning, the HRs behavior was very unprofessional and throughout the process kept giving one excuse after another.
Forgetting interview dates, serious mistakes in the emails, not replying to multiple important emails, and took 2 weeks to send the offer contrary to what they proposed. I had two more offers that were giving much better packages and more importantly, were very professional and respectful. I'm convinced that I made the right decision.
