Public Allies interview questions

They usually hire internally. While PD's have been hired in the past from an open interview process, most Program Directors are promoted from within. The interview took place over the course of a week and involved meeting with the director and the rest of the staff.

The interviewers were very kind and understanding. I felt comfortable and I felt heard. Also at the time the process did not take very long. They were also very responsive to any questions I had.
