Interview
The process consisted of two interviews with mostly basic interview questions. There was a research project required as element of second interview. Somewhat average process, but drawn out. It took almost two months.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, familiarity with the area of law applying for
A group interview with 1-3 at current attorneys, took about 45 minutes. They asked about history with public service and the particular population that the dept served. They asked about cultural competency and an example of how that had been displayed in the workforce.

Interview
There were multiple rounds and a question and answer written portion. They were forthcoming about the requirements of the written portion, and answered questions. The entire interview process took around one month.
