Took a super long time to get any answers. Did not seem professional or like they knew what they were doing. I was not impressed. First was a phone call then an in person lesson and interview
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Public Preparatory Network (Bronx, NY) in June 2020
Interview
The interview process was reasonable. Interviewed in person and was asked standard questions, in addition to ideas about supporting family engagement. Offer was made on the spot and started soon after.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Public Preparatory Network
Interview
There is seems to be a lack of follow through at this organization when it comes to setting up phone interviews and calling a candidate. In the past, I applied for two different roles with the company and had two different people reach out via email to arrange a phone meeting with their calendar portal. Neither person called or even emailed me back. Most recently the same thing occurred. Either they need a better platform to arrange their meetings or professionals who actually know what the term "professionalism" actually means.
