I applied online. I interviewed at Publicis Groupe (Budapest)
Interview
First, I had a general interview via with the HR about the open roles and about my experiences. Then I had another online interview with the potential head of team and team leader, which was followed by a some "homework" that was presented during another online meeting. I did not get a call back during one month, then they called me back with another position. The process restarted, but in a more personal way: interview with the potential boss in person, when I got task to do (write a project plan). The final round was with the account director and with the creative groupe head (who finally did nor appear).
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Publicis Groupe
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, shared my resume and then did a phone interview. Now waiting to hear back.

I had two rounds of online interviews followed by a written task. The description of the task was detailed. The discussions were friendly and open-minded. But the salary offered was not meeting my expectations.
I got an email saying they'd like me to schedule an interview (phone call). I scheduled it, and then the day of the interview, with less than 1 hour before my scheduled interview, I was asked to reschedule. The day before my rescheduled interview, I was asked to reschedule AGAIN; the very next day, I received the same prompt. It was very disheartening to see and I wish I was able to speak to someone rather than keep being fed the same reschedule prompt. I don't know if the role has been filled, if there are actual conflicts, or if they are just no longer interested in me as a candidate but I truly feel disrespected and swept to the side. Asking someone to reschedule three times just shows a lack of organization and respect for those in the market looking for new opportunities.
