Interview consists of 4 stages, I've gone through the first 3. Step 1, HR, the interviewer was very professional and accommodating, clearly described the role and interview process. Step 2, hiring manager chat, that one wasn't very specific and generally discussing the marketing analytics state and tool. Step 3, is the task presentation with the hiring manager, the task is simply asking you how to optimize multichannel digital media in flight, no data, just to set the framework, after the presentation the hiring manager didn't seem to want an actual optimization framework but rather vaguely defined "innovation ideas" as how to optimize the media, Gave the impression that the company was looking for someone to sell martech solutions that may or may not be proven to improve performance rather than an actual robust optimization framework.
