Experiences, what I’m looking for and general info about myself
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Groupe (Budapest) in Dec 2023
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized, consisting of three main stages:
Screening Call: The process began with a brief screening call with a recruiter. This conversation covered my background, skills, and interest in the position. The recruiter provided helpful information about the role, and it was a comfortable and conversational screening with no unexpected questions.
Interview with Program Director: The next step was an interview with the program director. This interview went deeper into the specifics of the role and explored my previous experience and how it aligned with the program's needs. The director asked thoughtful questions and took time to discuss the team’s goals and the company culture. It was a two-way discussion, which made it feel engaging and insightful.
Assessment: The final stage was an assessment, which tested the skills and competencies relevant to the role. It was clearly designed to gauge how I’d handle real-life scenarios and my overall problem-solving approach. The assessment was challenging yet fair, giving me a good sense of what to expect in the day-to-day role.
Overall, the interview process was clear and efficient, with each stage providing insight into the company and the role itself.
