An email reachout by the recruiter. Followed by screening, interviews with the hiring manager and team at the final stage. Passed all of them until I was given a verbal offer with a start date, offer got pulled over an internal candidate preference instead (I was informed internals weren't considered in the early stages) due to being more "desperate" for the role. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had and warn others of the dishonest practices with this company. I caught their lie when calling the recruiter about the actual reason (which was easily resolved on the same day), trying to lie again about other opportunities. I never wish anyone to ever go through what I have been through with this hiring process and company.
