I was approached within a week after my application and the email confirmed that they are looking at my profile fitting well with the JR of Solution Marketing Director. I had my first interview scheduled, however it turned out that the interviewer got me confused with another interview she had in the day, and took a different interview/explained me about a different regional role altogether. I was then ghosted and never got an update.
