2 month process including an HR screening call, a brief chat with the Chief Growth Office and BD Director, and a 1 hour in person presentation.
After the in person presentation at their offices, I didn’t hear from them for several weeks. After chasing the talent acquisition team they informed me I didn’t get the role and were unable to provide me with any feedback.
Even a brief piece of feedback, or proactive updates from the team would have made this a positive experience. I took 2 weeks to prepare over the Christmas period for the presentation and took a day off work to attend their offices in Shepherds Bush.
