The interview process went quickly at the beginning. HR contacted me within a day or two of applying, and a few hours later set up 1-on-1 phone calls with the team I'd be working with. The phone calls went smoothly, the team was friendly and knew exactly what questions to ask. I was told I'd be hearing either way within the next week or two of a decision to move to the last round of an in-person interview. I waited over 3 weeks, and never heard anything even after directly contacting the HR I was in contact with earlier. Shameful the way they handled this leg of the process. I should have been notified either way of a decision, and my email should not have gone ignored.

I met a recruiter at a career fair, who reached out to me once a position was available. I interviewed at the New York office, with 3 members of the Account Management team. Each interview was around 30-45 minutes. I followed up with the people I interviewed with, but did not hear back.
