I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Pune) in July 2019
Interview
There were 3 rounds. First was a coding round and it was good. Medium level questions on arrays and strings.
The second was a technical interview. The guy who took my interview was not himself clear about technology. All he knew was UML diagrams, statistical diagrams and some other kind of diagrams. He expected only theoretical definitions and not the real project flow, not the database schema. The interviewer had studied one question on the data structure. He asked only those diagrams and that one data structure question to every candidate. He interviewed 4 candidates out of which the last 2 candidates knew the questions beforehand only and got selected.
