I applied online. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Bengaluru) in Feb 2022
Interview
Writing this experience to make candidates aware of Publicis Sapient. After taking 2 technical rounds and one 2 hrs round of delivering an entire response to Rfp , Hr came up and confirm you were through all process and be ready for HR process at 12 in the afternoon. Suddenly by evening Hr called and informed they are planning for one more round as domain round and Hr round together. No reason why suddenly. But as candidates you dont have option , and wasted entire weekend for preparation . Monday they joined and one Hr who joined came up and said his intention is to find out the fitment and capabilities. I am surprised after two1.5 hrs rounds they are yet not sure about fitment. And more surprise to add, neither he has any planned questions nor he is interested in listening. Now someone joined from UK after 30 mins, and she even not aware of my profile. Asking same question on explaining your career and surprisingly she also have no planned question. Nothing she came up on domsin and is very keen to kill the time and jump out of the call. Later i find out., they got someone else . The frustration was not getting someone else, its that they wasted senior candidates time . Their panel may be free and habituated of such fraudulent behaviour but be aware, senior candidates like me must be entirely blocked with multiple meetings where we need to change schedule and take time out. Better is to come up with transparency rather doing all unprofessional actions.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Boston, MA)
Interview
1 phone interview with the recruiter
1 phone interview with someone on the Program Management team that got changed to someone new at the last minute (not very organzied)
1 in-person group interview for 5 hours including a sample project scoping and planning exercise - this was way too long and all I could think of was lunch by the time it was done. Everyone was late too which was annoying since I still had a job to get back to.
1 follow-up in-person with hiring manager who I thought was less than professional
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of questions about giving examples of specific scenarios, tools and experience with PM methodologies; Questions that alluded to the shift from a company to an agency and the "work hard/play hard" mentality (immediately clued me into the lack of work life balance at this place).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Basically you meet with a few people to see if you are a fit, then do a case study. The study is kind of open ended and can suck you in. You will not have enough time to complete it. If you do, you are not thinking about everything correctly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Case study came with 6 questions about risk, time, build a schedule, ect.
