The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (New York, NY)
Interview
Initially it was told ,it 2 rounds technical and 1 HR ,
I cleared all 3 rounds and I got congratulation mail for selection in this job role.after that they asked my all docs including counter offer letter for next company. After that they told they will again start interview rounds.
I told them I already got selection mail.
They said their HR policy got changed ,I told it is for further filtering basically would be rejection round ( they do because unprofessional behaviour)
How can a person after selection mail be told you have to go again interview rounds.
technical round 4
guy was 17 years experienced in Publicis sapient , yawning and asking these questions
budget management, stakeholders management, flexible to work for long hours for different geographical area?
kpi metrics , nothing related to scrum
I received a cold call to apply, and within one hour of CV submission, I was called up to the most utmost disrespectful screening in decades of my career. My CV was interrogated line by line, with the recruiter having obviously not read it past the first few lines, despite having decades under my belt for the same role. I was told I was an internal referral with a key executive figure naming my name. I ended up feeling like another ant in the pipeline.
This is not how people are treated, no matter their background, circumstances etc.
If the CV doesnt fit, then that's that, but no need for ego tripping power calls.
