Interview
1 round of technical interview. A nice gentleman took the interview and stayed relevantly professional and cheerful as it was a 2 hour long interview.
The interview was thorough enough to extract every details from you to know weather you have really worked on the technology mentioned in the Resume and according to their requirement.

Questions related to Junit testing, Java 8 (functional),
SQL (joins , concat , groupby ,subqueries).
Multithreading, Resful Webservices.
JVM - new features in Java 8 in JVM. Memory in JVM and how each of them work.
Internal working of HashMap and TreeMap.
Stream API is a must have knowledge ,if you are appearing for Sapient.
Almost all questions were to be presented with an example code.
The interview has 2 rounds; both are technical.
1 online and another one off-line face to face.
online - they check about the candidate whether capable or not.
they ask about all basics of java.

Interview
Had three or four phone interviews, brought in for in-person interview and met with two different groups. The first is personality interview, the second you present a marketing plan. I was contacted the next day and offered an associate role.
