It is a 3 part process. First is the aptitude test, Amcat. This test consists of 4 parts; english, quant, logical reasoning and computer programming(not automata). If you surpass this round, comes the technical round which can be as long as an hour. The last round is HR round, which they call an Attribute Round. And rightly so, it is nothing like HR rounds we give everywhere else, they ask you everything about your projects, they give you puzzles to solve all to check your compatibility with the company and it's work culture.
