Interview
Asked why you want to work for Publix, what the company culture is, and most important- what your availability is. The more the better. They want you to embrace the public culture, so go into the interview happy and helpful. The interview process was at most twenty minutes long. The interview is most likely with the store manager.
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
