I applied in person at one of their locations. The application took about 30 minutes to complete. It was on a computer. You have to answer scenario type questions during this interview. After that, i got a call for an interview.
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.
Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
