It took up to a month for me to get in and start working. I came in every single Day to ask about my application. interview didn't take long. about 20 minutes. i got a mouth swab drug test. i passed of course. but most people don't pass it. The hiring process was easy for me. May not be easy for most.

Manager wanting to hear about you, your skills and basic knowledge. Showing respect and enthusiasm. Basic, getting to know the company, a friendly environment and the challenges it may come with.
It was a hiring event so about ten people were doing interviews all at once. They had several store managers doing the interviews. I had a district manager interview me.
