Applied at store kiosk, received call from pharmacy manager and asked to come in to speak to the asst. Pharm manager. Called 2 weeks later that I was hired. Waiting to be called when orientation is scheduled in store.

Easy, conversational. Questions were expected for any retail position. Experience on customer service, difficult scenarios, how you would react in certain situations. Overall easygoing process. It was a phone interview. Did not need to go in.

Interview
It was a two-part interview with two different departments. I thought both went well, but one of the interviewers was unprofessional in that they bragged about being late regularly and that they did not have clear expectations for their team on timeliness, attendance, or cooperation.

They care about how well you work in a team and your ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Overall it was a smooth process and wasn’t overly stressful. I had a short phone screen and then an in-person interview.
