It was quick. They only asked a few questions; why do you want to work at publix? Tell me about yourself? It was a very quick and easy interview. It did not last more than 20 minutes.

Can you work nights and weekends? That’s when they’re the busiest.
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
