I sat in a room with the Customer Service Manager and the Store Manager. The CSM asked me pretty basic interview questions, mainly wanted to know why I picked Publix, previous experience with customer service, what I would like to do at Publix, etc. The SM just sat and observed the interview.

You said you enjoy providing customer service, there are plenty of other places to do that, why did you pick Publix over them?
Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

What was a situation where you worked well in a team situation?
Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

Tell me when you turned around a negative situation.
First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
