If you get called in for an interview, you basically got the job. Getting called means you did well on the questionnaire. The manager now wants to meet you to see if you're the real deal.

Question 1
Basic questions, mainly tell you what their company is about.
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

Interview
I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
