Great people, everyone seems to love their work and the team. The hiring team was very poor in communication and didn't seem to value the importance of my time during the extensive six-round interview process.

How do you keep yourself organized? Do you have experience following up with people, almost having to be the bad guy, in order to get projects done in time? What do you do for fun outside of work?
