The interview process was straightforward, consisting of two interviews, one with the clinic manager and one with the MD. I particularly enjoyed my conversation with the MD and felt positive about the interaction. However, despite following up multiple times, it took weeks to receive a response from the manager they were still interviewing. After another follow-up, I never heard back. While I understand not being offered the job, I was disappointed by the lack of communication from management. A simple update on my application status would have been appreciated.
