My interview experience with PulsePoint was one of the most positive and well-organized recruitment processes I have gone through. She made sure I always knew what to expect next, provided me with timely updates, helped me feel well-prepared before each discussion, and ensured a smooth experience across interview rounds. The interviewers created an environment that felt conversational and engaging while still being technically thorough.
What stood out most was the professionalism and genuine care shown throughout the journey. Even outside regular work hours, she handled questions and clarifications promptly, which made the entire experience stress-free. The discussions were meaningful, focusing not only on skills but also on team fit and growth opportunities, giving me a clear picture of the company culture. I also had a brief interaction with Jifei, VP at PulsePoint, which was very impactful. Despite the short duration, he created a comfortable conversation and took a genuine interest in understanding me beyond just technical skills. His approachable nature and clarity reflected strong leadership and left a very positive impression of the company’s leadership culture.
Overall, the experience left me with a very strong impression of PulsePoint as an organization that values people and creates a thoughtful hiring experience. I would highly recommend that candidates engage in the process with confidence.

The interview process was exceptionally well-organized and transparent from start to finish. I was initially contacted by the Head of Talent (Riley) on LinkedIn regarding this opportunity, and she made a great first impression by providing clear details about the role and company culture upfront. The process included:
1. Technical assessment focusing on UI problems
2. Pair programming session with senior engineers
3. Final round with engineering leadership
Each interviewer was prepared, respectful of my time, and genuinely interested in both my technical skills and cultural fit. The feedback was timely, and the entire process was completed within one weeks.

Interview
I got to know about PulsePoint through Riley Peng (Head of Talent Acquisition), who found me on LinkedIn, Riley helped me throughout the process and after onboarding as well. I had one screening round, one written test, two technical rounds & finally one managerial & HR round. This whole interview process was done within few days, there was no ghosting as seen most of the time with results. Riley has been an outstanding person who was prompt & quick to help me. Kudos to her !!!
