PulteGroup New Home Consultant interview questions

The initial interview is a phone interview, a very strange interview to say the least. The interviewer was very difficult to understand and seems like they're not prepared. They're reading an interview script all while typing your answers. My resume clearly states I'm a licensed real estate agent, along with that I've been in the real estate business for a little over 3yrs., with 2.5yrs. at one brokerage and then the past 7 months with another brokerage. Also, it has the awards listed that I've won as an agent. The interviewer then asked me, do I have any certificates or licenses that would help with getting this job role, really? My resume says it right there, that I'm a licensed real estate agent. Another question, was have I ever been in a " commission only" position before, and I said I'm a Full-Time real estate agent now, and it's 100% commission based, again, really? The interviewer ended the phone call and said that he would submit my answers to the questions onto the next person in line for their review. Well, about 2 mins after hanging up with the phone screener he called me back, he forgot to ask me a few questions and my file was sent back to him, so we continued the interview and I clarified some of my answers for him. The interviewer had no knowledge of the real estate industry and how it works, Pulte is using an outside source to do their phone screens for them, and they should ask to get their money back because the company they're using makes Pulte seem like an unprofessional company.
