The application process was very long and challenging -it took over 2 months with 8 application steps in between: one initial 20-30 min phone call with HR, 2h Hudson test, 3 x 1h interviews with HR, line manager and BU director, a case study and last 2 interviews (30 min) with the top management. I was rejected at the very last stage. Everyone I talked to was nice , knowledgable and passionate about their work and Puratos, but I think there was no internal alignment on this role, as I received some questions in the last stage which were not required by the job position. I also think the application procedure could be optimized by having panel interviews instead of meeting everyone individually.
