Mainly talked to the professor who I will be work for in the future. Not a hard interview as long as your have a good record academically and connections that will introduce you to the job opportunity. Since there is teaching involved, for non-English speaker, whose native language is not English, a test for English proficiency is also required before you can take the job.

Interview
You need to pass the language certificate if you are an international student. Then depending on your major, you will have different questions. But basically they check if you can handle the job.
interviewed with the course instructor. asked to write code on basic varaible declaration, function define, invoke, etc. Asked basic expression on variable computation. Took around 30 minutues. Decision depends on instructor.

Face to face interview where they check how deep is your knowledge and they check your GPA and testing scores & your work experience .It is not difficult but its important that you answer quite confident and honestly
