I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pure Health Solutions
Interview
Phone interview was easy. Just verified info on resume. Asked about skills and how those apply to this role. Asked about attaining goal and if you hit your goals, how you handled adversity, customer issues. Really pretty standard questioning.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pure Health Solutions (Blue Ash, OH) in Sept 2018
Interview
Applied online. Contacted by HR. Gave summary of job. Short phone screening. Then fairly informal phone interview with SVP of Sales - went very well. Then scheduled a face to face interview near the Cinci office at a nearby hotel. Went very well, could get a real sense of company culture, what they need from a branch manager, and it felt like a good fit. Then gave me a quick tour of the Cincinnati office. Next day received a call to schedule interview with CEO and Chicago Branch Manager. Travelled to Chicago office a week later, put up in a nice hotel, toured the office, had the interviews, felt great every step of the way and very relaxed environment. Received an offer, countered, accepted the job.

Question 1
CEO asked me this question which I thought was so great - "Walk me through your resume but specifically what I'm most interested in is this - with each position change tell me if you were "running away from" or "running towards". I thought this was genius and very well said.

Interview
Quick and easy. Overall the interview should have been an indicator of the culture of this company. Quick and easy with bad customer service. This company told me to lie to multiple companies in order to get sales
