Very professional and courteous. They asked good information about my background and also spent time on my personal life which I think is a key to success. It can't be all about work.

Their interview process was good and short. I initially had a phone interview. I was then required to attend two face to face interviews, which from my experience is pretty standard. I met with three different senior people in the company. All three were friendly and welcoming, but also honest and open about the positives and negatives surrounding the job role.
