Interview
The interview prcoess is through eagle resource group, basically if you show up you will get the job. Once hired and sign on date , if you are not performing well on the job, you will be fired. Pretty straight forward. Pay starts at 18$ an hour then 20hr$ an hour for tech support.

Interview
You will come in as a temporary associate and after three months, you will come on permanently, the interview is simple and will ask basic computer knowledge questions about software like Word and typing skills.

How many years of customer service in a call center setting have i experienced?
Efficient team with value forward positioning. They led with their values which was refreshing. I also liked how hands on and collaborative their team seems to be. It was a great conversation.
