A very cold, elite tone in communications. Responses were canned, but not automatic replies - making it all the more impersonal. Replies came after great lapses in communication. Pre-interview, there was a homework assignment required for review. One interviewers role was to provoke discomfort and assess reaction. Unfriendly.
