Panel style interview with 6 guys firing questions. Don't try to get to know "you" at all. It is easy to ace the interview, basic out of a book answers, but you leave not really interested in the job. This process turns most people off

Question 1
Would you choose a long-term relationship with the client, or a sale?
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I received a call from the District Manager and returned his call within an hour and have still not heard back. Common courtesy goes a long way. I have more experience than both the Manager and Director for Texas. Still couldn't get even a conversation with either. They have a reputation for selling small items like gates and parts. I now know why.
