The interview process was sloppy at best. The hiring manager interviewed me for a role different than what I had applied for and told that he would be rejecting my application when we realized it was a mistake.
The interviewer frequently mentioned that customer success roles are usually lethargic which demonstrates the perception of the interviewer.
