I applied online. I interviewed at Push Interactions
Interview
Hello all. I'm about to be a marketing graduate at UTA. Interview was a Zoom call with about 24 people. Job isn't really explained in the initial interview. Job title/description in job ad is a little misleading for me and not informative/descriptive enough. The company operates on an experential marketing strategy, not saying this is wrong, but had I known before applying I would have know that it would turn out to be not what I was looking for. If you're looking for digital marketing or learning how to run ads such as for social or google, this is does not appear to be it. Did not proceed to answer the questionnaire after the first interview to move forward. Also was confused by them having a couple different names and logos such as PUSH worldwide and PUSH interactions, both of which were displayed in the initial email. Not sure what that's about.

Question 1
No questions in the initial "interview", but they send you a questionnaire after that asks questions such as: What made you apply to the company? How do you define success? How do you define leadership? What goals do you have? What makes you a better candidate?
