I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pushpay (Redmond, WA) in July 2015
Interview
The interview process at Pushpay is the manager's opportunity to take a break and have fun. They are intent on convincing you that you're applying for the greatest company on earth. Who you are and what you'd bring to the workplace is of little importance. They're eager to communicate that they don't need you and don't hide their desire to have you fight for a job. Either you can be bought with their commission structure, or you will buy into their company story. If neither apply, they don't want you.

Question 1
I don't think you can handle the pressure of our sales floor. Why should we hire you?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pushpay (Redmond, WA) in Sept 2016
Interview
My first contact with the interview process was done via email, where an in-person interview was set up. The interview was very laid back, nearly to a fault--but still relaxing. We breifly talked and went over my resume, toured the office, I sat in on a few sales calls, then asked questions to employs other than those who interviewed me. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable time.
