The process started strong but ended in a way I’ve honestly never experienced before.
After applying, I had a great hour-long call with a manager (Michael Willow), followed by an HR conversation and a two-hour case interview with senior managers. The team was sharp, professional, and enjoyable to work with—I left those rounds genuinely excited about the opportunity.
In the final partner interview, one of the partners didn’t show up. I still met with the other partner, who told me during the conversation that I got the job. I accepted on the spot, then promptly completed all follow-up steps: background check, signed and returned the offer letter, everything required.
After that, I was completely ghosted.
No onboarding, no communication, no response to multiple calls or emails.
I’ve never seen anything like this—being given and accepting an offer, completing all required steps, and then getting zero follow-up. It completely undermined what was otherwise a strong and professional interview process.
Overall: great people and interviews, but an extremely unprofessional and concerning finish.
