Had a few calls, everything seemed to work fine and gained high hopes until some mystery happened that they(wont give his name) would not reach back to me to tell me when I have the next interview that was already for sure in plan. After numerous messages from me on skype email etc..I got a response that I didn't had a certain experience in one of the areas which it doesn't make any sense because it was discussed all of that during my phone interviews plus you have a job description and a candidate profile long before any discussion. Anyway I guess something else happened and as I mentioned earlier, a mystery .Point is that I was really disappointed, I had a lot to investigate about the job, made me do a lot of planning(role was for abroad); lots of silence time on their side plus a nonsense response of the outcome on skype. Makes me think that this person I talked to was very confused. Not professional in my opinion and just without words on this guys. Waste of time.
