Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at Q-CTRL as 50% positive with a difficulty rating score of 3.5 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). Candidates interviewing for Backend Engineer and Engineer rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for Backend Engineer and Engineer roles were rated as the easiest.

Clear and concise, but delayed due to lots of cancellations from the Engineering manager's side. But the overall experience with the recruiter was good and helpful to understand what they were expecting from a candidate .
