Met with two directors, one manager and an administrative assistant. Felt formal but also relaxed. They asked good questions and it felt like a good fit. They were very nice and extremely informative about the company's mission and the jobs responsibilities.

Phone interview then a an in person interview. Standard practice. Good questions trying to get to know the candidate to make sure they are a good fit for the team.
