Interview
Worked with a temp agency to get an interview. I had to take a basic test for measurements for lighting, etc. as well as a typing test. I was then sat down in a conference room where I had a Skype interview with the regional manager. HR sat in the room as well, but my actual manager that I ended up working with was not present in the interview.
