The good interview process, very fast, give feedback to interviewee after each round, can check the real ability of the candidate, I like the way the bosses interview here, round 1 is a coding challenge, it is so interesting, round 2 is an interview with QA leader, round 3 is an interview with head of engineering

I have given totally 4 rounds which are 2 technical and 2 managerial round, 1 managerial round was face to face , totally waste of time to giving interview here, if you are not serving notice period. After all the rounds done , they are telling like we wanted immediate Joiner only. Bad experience

Send position description. Prescreening, inviting to interview. Asking the question about current working place. Sending home task and answering question. Moving on to the second interview with manager. The same cycle with test manager. Sending offer.
