Recruiter call then immediately are sent an assignment which you must send. You don't even get to walk them through it. They then decide whether or not you get to the next round depending on if they liked the powerpoint presentation you put together and send them. Kinda sketched, seems like they just want free work.

Interview
Interview started with a nice conversation with the recruiter - An easy to get to know you session about the company.
If you get the initial pass, you will then need to draft a PPT presentation to present to one of the Co-Founders. In all honesty, this part was a total drag. She was completely robotic and the overall conversation was dry with limited feedback.

Interview
Call with the recruiter with basic questions -> Case Study that requires research -> hiring manager interview -> Offer sent out to the candidate. The interview process was clear and the recruiter was responsive until a certain point.
