They called me, we scheduled a time and I arrived to their offices, I had an interview with the VP R&D about 45 minutes talk. She asked me about my studies, the machinery I worked with and the experience I have. She explained about the job description and their requirements and it was a great idea

Interview
The interview went well. The company is very focused on preserving their "family feel" and will ask various questions about you to make sure you are a good fit. Overall it was a great experience and the management team made me feel very welcome.
