When given interview details, such as time and date, I was informed that I also had to present on a given topic. Had 1-2 weeks to prepare for the interview and presentation. Started the interview with the presentation. Presentation was about 15 - 20 minutes. After the presentation, it went straight into the interview process. Each interviewer had 3 questions. They had a diverse interviewer panel, which included one member being non-technical, who also does not work in IT. Interview questions were a mix of technical and non-technical questions. Also had a nice chat with the panel after the interview was officially over.
