First step was a virtual phone screen, then an online cognitive aptitude assessment and a behavioral assessment, followed by a behavioral interview with the recruiter, and then a virtual interview with the hiring manager.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at QGenda in June 2025
Interview
1. HR vibe check talk
2. Async pseudo IQ and personality test
3. Pseudo technical interview but no actual coding
4. Group interview with logic puzzle, leetcode, and SQL questions
Got nothing but positive whole time. After my final round, I was told I would hear a decision within 5 business days. I didn’t hear back within that time frame, and when reaching out, I was told my recruiter left the company. I was then told they had filled the position before my final round. HUGE WASTE of TIME. Not worth effort for low base pay
I received a email with a Link to schedule meeting with recruiter. I picked a date but had to keep rescheduling because they weren’t saying anything or confirming. Finally meet and get sent assessment and personality hire link. Take both and never hear from again.
