Overall seemed like a great company to work. The only reason I choose not to go forward with the company was their entry level salary. The starting salary will be around $45,000 with decent (not great) benefits. They were using assembly for most programs but are now looking to begin using C#,

Interview
Getting to the interview was a challenge. I believe I called three different times before my resume was in the development manager's hands. Once he had it, things went much more smoothly. There were three interviews: one for company culture, another for basic knowledge, and another to meet in person and show them what I could do.
